Chassis

The silo trailer is designed with high-strength steel in an "I" profile, using gas shielded welding machines, taking into account overloading, in accordance with its intended use and transport capacity. The material quality used is the standard ST 52.

Body (Tank) Material

It is produced from standard 3mm, 3.5mm, and 4mm ST37 material. Optionally (for weight reduction), aluminum material is also used. In the Vacuum Silo Trailer (Suction-Pressure) models, the body thickness is 5mm.

Brakes

The air brake ratchets are automatic. The brand is according to the customer's request.

Compressor and Drive System

The compressor used is the Globaltech brand, available with 2 or 3 heads. The compressor drive system is provided by an electric motor (380 Volt AC) or a diesel engine (new or refurbished). In the vacuum models, the compressor is the imported German brand "Wolf".

Manhole Cover and Filling

The silo trailer is equipped with 2 or 3 manhole covers (for top-loading discharge) according to the volume. In the vacuum-type trailer (suction-pressure) models, the loading is done through pipes equipped with optional 3-inch or 4-inch filters (suction-driven by the compressor).

Accessories

The entire fender (Plastic), water tank, tire support block, plastic tool cabinet, manometer (shows the suspension bellows pressure. Based on this, the weight of the load can be estimated), aluminum bicycle guard.
